Tasks and Responsibilities
- Daily review of bank movements, and sharing them with the administrative accountant.
- Informing the Turkish Associations Administration about the arrival of new transfers.
- Cooperating with the financial advisor to complete the necessary documentation for government departments, including the necessary translation and archiving.
- Executing payment vouchers, and sharing transfer notifications.
- Verifying the legality of all transfers through the bank.
- Monthly tax check.
- Sharing monthly bank movement
- Provide legal advice on a variety of matters including corporate governance, contracts, and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and assist with audits and tax filings.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably, the candidate should hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate skills in the English language.
- Advance skills in the Turkish language.
- Advance skills in the arabic language.
- Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles.
- Verified experience in dealing with donor’s policies, procedures, requirements, and compliance
- Ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
- People management skills that include diplomacy
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the accounting programs.
