Today, the Specialized Surgical Hospital in Idlib welcomed a delegation from the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as part of a field visit to review the medical services provided and assess implementation mechanisms. The delegation was received by SEMA’s administrative staff alongside the hospital management.
The visit included a tour of the hospital’s departments and facilities, where the delegation observed the range of healthcare services offered, discussed key needs, and reviewed ongoing operations and existing challenges to support continuous service improvement and address potential constraints.
During the visit, Mr. Hedi Mhaieri, Partnerships Manager at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Syria, expressed his appreciation for the quality of services provided, noting that the hospital operates with a high level of efficiency and delivers outstanding healthcare services to beneficiaries through a comprehensive and integrated health system.
