“The Medical Association for Expatriates ‘Sema’ inaugurated Alrafah House of Welfare for the care of the elderly towards the elderly in the city of Idlib. The facility provides comprehensive living care services in terms of healthcare and personal care. Currently, the facility accommodates 15 elderly residents who lack social care.
