In moments where children’s laughter blended with the pulse of joy, SEMA, in collaboration with SRD, organized the “Eid Delight” event in the Ariha area of rural Idlib, celebrating the arrival of Eid and reviving the spirit of hope in hearts that have known pain too early.
130 children, including orphans, children with disabilities, and those from the most vulnerable families, were the true heroes of this event. They were embraced with entertaining performances, interactive games, Eid chants, competitions with prizes, and the distribution of Eid gifts — little gestures that made a big difference in their hearts.
But the joy wasn’t limited to the children alone. This year, our elders from Dar Al-Rafah joined the celebration, sharing laughter and warm moments with the children. Eid became a space where generations met at the table of joy, stories were told, and smiles were drawn — straight from the heart.
