With the presence of representatives from the World Health Organization (WHO), Ms. Adel Heid, Global Mental Health Emergency Director, and Ms. Ghada Zaidan, Technical Lead for Mental Health, SEMA completed the first training session in a series of trainings for healthcare workers on psychological first aid and how to identify and refer individuals with signs of mental disorders in the field.

The training aims to reach 2,200 humanitarian workers in the areas of health, protection, and care, in various regions of northwest Syria, including cities such as Idlib, Azaz, Afrin, Al-Bab, and others.
